This is a Snow Machine manufactured by Chauvet. The snow machines fan forces the snow out at high velocity which carries it a considerable distance. Using the hanging bracket allows the Sm-75 to be placed above a crowd and the snow to fall over them in a cone shaped area. This is a snow illusion not real snow.
