Please place all costume items on a seperate order. Costumes will not ship until September. We are taking pre-season orders only on costumes. All other items will ship immediately.
Pro Audio Video will not accept any returns on Halloween Decorations or Costumes after 10/23/09.
Due to the highly automated systems in our warehouse, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are submitted. Please verify the details of your order before clicking Submit.
Canadian orders do not include duties and taxes. These fees will be your responsibility once the item is delivered.
We can not guarantee that your item will be in stock upon ordering.
Our general processing time is up to 4 business days after you place your order. We ship Monday thru Friday, closing at 4pm. All orders placed after 4pm will not begin processing until the next business day. Processing & UPS shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. If you need your order shipped on the same day, place it before 4pm and select a priority shipping method such as Three Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air. For priority shipping, we suggest you call us after you place your order to make sure the items you want are in stock.
We do not accept Purchase Orders. Please place your order online and pay with a credit card, check, or money order.
All personal checks are subject to a two week processing time. We suggest sending a money order or using a credit card. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards.
We ship to the continental United States, Canada, APO's and Hawaii only. No Exceptions. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
